Return Policy

At Golden Opportunity Inc., we prioritize transparency regarding the condition of our inventory. To maintain our highly competitive pricing, we operate under a tiered return structure based on the item’s condition.

Important Notice: We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect items at our facility prior to removal. Once an item has left our premises, it is subject to the terms below.

1. Brand New Sealed

  • Warranty: These items are covered by a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Any service or warranty claims after the initial purchase period must be directed to the manufacturer.

  • Returns: We offer a 7-day return window exclusively for units deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA). To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in its original, sealed packaging with your original proof of purchase.

2. "As-Is" Items (Final Sale)

The following inventory categories are sold strictly "As-Is." All sales are final; we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, with the sole exception of Refurbished units as noted below:

  • Refurbished: Sold "As-Is," with a 7-day return window for Dead on Arrival (DOA) units only.

  • Brand New Open Box: Sold "As-Is." Final Sale.

  • Brand New Damaged Box: Sold "As-Is." Final Sale.

  • Brand New No Box: Sold "As-Is." Final Sale.

  • Returns / Customer Liquidations: Sold "As-Is." Final Sale.

  • Scrap: Sold "As-Is." Final Sale.

General "As-Is" Disclaimer: For all items designated as "As-Is," Golden Opportunity Inc. is not responsible for cosmetic imperfections, aesthetic wear, or missing non-essential accessories (e.g., manual, original box inserts, promotional materials). By finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have inspected the item and accepted its current condition.
